The San Bernardino Police Officers Association has endorsed criminal prosecutors Jason Liso and David Tulcan to serve as San Bernardino County Superior Court judges.
“The San Bernardino Police Officers Association is proud to support Jason Liso for Superior Court Judge in Office #1 and David Tulcan for Superior Court Judge in Office #16,” said President Brian Lewis of the San Bernardino Police Officers Association.
“As prosecutors, both Jason Liso and David Tulcan have demonstrated their commitment to justice, enforcing the law, and protecting our community. I know we can trust Jason Liso and David Tulcan to be fair and impartial as judges in our county,” Lewis continued.
Jason Liso serves as San Bernardino County’s Lead Deputy District Attorney for the prosecution of Gangs and Career Criminals. He is also a Caption in the United States Air Force Reserve and a Military Trial Counsel.
Liso’s candidacy is receiving strong support of local and county law enforcement – including District Attorney Jason Anderson — for his election to replace controversial Judge Joel Agron in Judicial Office #1.
David Tulcan is a 15-year criminal prosecutor with the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office. Dedicated to protecting women from abuse. David worked with the County’s Family Violence Unit for nearly 5 years. He currently specializes in prosecuting crimes against Peace Officers.
Tulcan’s passion for justice comes from watching the struggles of his immigrant parents who settled in San Bernardino County after escaping from oppression in Communist Romania.
He is running to replace incumbent Judge Stanford Reichert in Judicial Office #16.
